Meet Micheal & Zarela Landis

Micheal and Zarela founded SoCal Home Clear Outs in 2021 with the goal of creating a family business that helps Southern California families through life’s major transitions. He saw that estate sales, property cleanouts, and hoarding situations were often overwhelming for people, and wanted to offer a service built on trust, care, and respect. Since then, SoCal Home Clear Outs has become a go-to name for estate sales, liquidations, hoarding support, and full property cleanouts. Both partners lead with a hands-on approach, making sure every project is handled with compassion and professionalism. For them, it’s never just about clearing a house — it’s about helping people move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
